Anyone 25 weeks pregnant and had a blood clot in the cervix?

After having sex with my husband a week ago I can have a pale pink discharge. I called my gynecologist and told me to control color and had no cramps or royal blood. After a day of discharge he returned to a black / clear color, then the next day was as a brown paste. I immediately went to the doctor who gave me a vaginal swab sent to the laboratory (results pending). She said the discharge Brown was being caused by a clot in my neck as you take much time because it was easy to remove. He did so with great ease and told me to expect a red light output for a day or so dark brown and then back to normal. She also prescribed a vaginal insert Klion D 100 which is supposed I should add at night for 10 days. So far, since I had done all this yesterday, everything is moving along as she told me she would. I have no cramps and real bleeding and my baby move as much. Any other mom experienced this before? Should I worry?
