Mild fever while 36 weeks pregnant?

I am currently 36 weeks pregnant. In the last 10 days I had a slight fever ranging from 100.3 to 100.9 and a sore throat, head stuffy nose, headache, and pain in the ear. I was at my doctor last week I went to a prenatal appointment and my doctor told me to go to work and to monitor delivery fetal. I went to the hospital and everything was fine with the baby they gave me some medication five days ago. My ears do not hurt anymore and my throat is sore and my head is still congested, I'm still getting headaches and still I have a fever at 100.8 as of this morning. My doctor put me on bed rest after for I left the hospital and I'm supposed to go back to work tomorrow. I have another appointment with my doctor in two days. My biggest concern is whether I should be worried yet I have the fever. Any suggestions as to what to do? Expect to see my doctor? Going soon? Wait it out? all suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
